About Human Research

We are a niche player on the crossroad of academic and applied research. Closely related to VU University Amsterdam, we apply the latest insights in Human Resources Management into practical tools. Our clients are consultants and training companies, for whom we take over the back- and mid-office of Employee Surveys. Thanks to our experience, we are able to benchmark the results of the Surveys against tens of thousands of employees that we keep in our database that we accumulated since 2003.
